How we may contact you
For participants of Skylight Circus Arts regular classes and parents / carers for those under 18 years of age.
At Skylight Circus Arts, we are committed to clear, secure and responsible communication.
Depending on your involvement with our classes, projects or events, we may reach out through the channels listed below to share information regarding what you’re involved in.
Please note that this list is not exhaustive, as we may occasionally use additional tools or platforms as technology evolves.
Online Platforms
Official Channels: We communicate via official email (@skylightcircusarts.com), official phone/SMS, and our verified social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp & SMS.
Email & SMS Updates: We use email and text messages for operational updates (e.g., class updates, booking confirmations, or schedule changes) and occasional promotional news (if you have opted in).
Social Media & Messaging Platforms: We use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp for public announcements, community engagement and direct enquiries.
Communicating with Children & Young People: Direct private messaging with under-18s is strictly managed through parent/guardian consent in accordance with our Safeguarding Policies. Skylight Circus Arts does not manage any online group chats involving those under the age of 18.
Safeguarding & Data Protection: All communication adheres strictly to our Child and Adult at Risk Safeguarding Policies and Data Protection Policy. We will never ask for sensitive personal or payment details via open social media messages.
