Absolute Beginners

Work on your strength, flexibility and stamina. Learn moves on the trapeze, aerial hoop, climb a rope and explore silks  –  a new fitness work-out or the beginning of a circus career!

Intermediate Aerial

For those that have completed our beginners aerial course and would like to take their training further

 £7 per session.  Please contact for class times.

Skylight Circus Adult Aerial classes are

• for beginners and intermediate aerialists
• sensitive and supportively staffed
• non competitive and as inclusive as possible.

• for over 18’s
