Circus Classes | Disability and Additional Needs

Skylight Circus specialise in circus sessions for children and adults with disabilities and additional needs. Our Circus School is fully accessible and inclusive sessions are led by highly experienced staff.  We are passionate about the impact of circus sessions and work closely with partner organisations such Barnardos to deliver high quality sessions.

“Circus skills are exploratory and sensory…from the ground to up to in the air.  Circus is for every body!” Martine Bradford Creative Director

We are currently working on an exciting performance project with Extraordinary Bodies at the Lowry.  We are also working in partnership with Nurture Psychologists to discover the brain behind circus!

We work hard to find funding for our inclusive circus workshops.  Currently we offer ‘Ropes’ sessions for adults with disabilities.  If you have an enquiry, we would love to hear from you!

Circus Sessions include:

  • Aerial Swing
  • Tactile games
  • Hand held skills

Please see the video for more info.
