Generations is Skylight Circus Arts latest collaborative performance project, where our Silver Circus Group and Older Youth Circus combine, to creatively explore ideas of ‘generation’ and create a public performance.
Working with Grania Pickard as deviser and director the group will look at what links generations together? What dreams do we share? What experiences separate us?
Material and ideas discovered during our creation weekend will help shape the development of the circus performance.
The company explodes into action this week.
The blog will be updated weekly as the action happens, so watch this space for more development on the project.

This was an excellent performance! I loved the fact there was such a diverse set of performers from tiny tots to the “quite mature”. The show bristled with energy and enthusiasm throughout. Also I was impressed by so many different skills and performance styles on show. Scrooge was well paced and put together. What talented people we have in Rochdale.
